Rich started his career in 1974, beginning as a Design Engineer, then Project Manager and eventually starting his own company… yes you guessed it - Szewczak Associates was born in 1986! Rich’s technical expertise and vast project experience have given the company a highly respected reputation in the industry. His hard work and dedication have helped to shape Szewczak Associates into its current state. He has built a trust with clients that showcases how professional, reliable and efficient we are within this business.

When he isn’t working, you can find Rich hitting the slopes for some great New England skiing. He also enjoys golfing and playing tennis when the weather is warmer.
