Highlights: A new 145,000 SF bakery/production/ warehouse/office facility. Construction consists of steel framing bearing on cast-in-place concrete foundations. The structure is braced by a combination of concentric braced frames and precast concrete shear wall panels. There is also an independent cast in place concrete/steel framed silo support building with a height of 80 feet.
